Deliveries to UK – Mainland and Offshore

For deliveries within the United Kingdom The Little Posh Dress Company will deliver your parcel by choosing the most appropriate service depending on your order, the service selected and your destination.

Majority of *mainland postcodes will be delivered by Royal Mail Guaranteed delivery and most off-shore postcodes will be sent by Royal Mail Air Sure.

For Royal Mail Airsure we will despatch your order within 2 working days. The Airsure service can be tracked on its route. On despatch we will email a tracking number to you so you can keep up to date with progress of your parcel. 


For destinations not offering the Airsure service we will despatch your order using Royal Mail International Signed For service which requires a signature on delivery. This service can’t be tracked in as much detail but you will still be emailed a tracking number on despatch so that you can follow progress.


The guidelines for Royal Mail post to Europe is 5-7 working days. Please note that The Little Posh Dress Company will not take any responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them.

Additional charges: Please note that there may on rare occasions be a delivery surcharge depending on size and weight of items ordered in which case we will contact you via email shortly after you have placed your order. If additional payment is required we will not  despatch until we hear back from you.

Ways to Pay

By debit or credit card

We accept all card types displaying either a; Visa, MasterCard, Solo or Maestro logo. We have tried to keep our payment process as simple and as hassle free as possible. Simply go through the payment pages filling out all the information required to process your order.
 

Returns   

You must return all items WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT to qualify for a full refund. Items must arrive unwashed, unworn and with the original tags attached.
 

Simply fill in the returns form on the back of the invoice, indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Affix the peel-off label and send it back to us at the address stated below.

Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

We also recommend you obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

 

Exchanges

In order to guarantee getting a different size we would advise purchasing the new size from the website and return the size not required following the returns procedure above.

 

Faulty or wrong items

If the item you received is faulty or you received an item which does not match what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt, via email or telephone (see below) so that we can reserve a replacement garment if required. Complete & sign the returns form and follow the usual returns-procedure above and we will refund the return postage.

For international customers we will refund the return-postage (standard post) as soon as we are in receipt of the goods. With regards to a faulty item, please note, if the goods for any reason are not considered to be faulty, you will be charged the additional postage & packaging before the goods can be returned to you and we regret we cannot assist with faulty items purchased more than 8 weeks ago.
 

Returning items in their original condition

Please take extra care when trying items on to avoid staining from make-up, deodorant, strong perfume or other. The item must be unworn & unwashed with all tags still attached and returned in its original packaging (other than tissue paper or the plastic delivery bag) in the condition the item left Thelittleposhdresscompany.com. We strongly recommend you return any items in a water tight plastic bag to avoid any unnecessary damage.
 

Sale prices

If a discount was applied to your original order, any item returned for refunding will only be refunded to the value of your original purchase value.

Important information about returns

UK customers can use our returns label. Always retain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage. Please note that we do not accept returns from courier companies.

For international customers we would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and always retain proof of postage.

The Little Posh Dress Company reserves the right not to grant a refund for goods not returned in the required condition as specified in our returns policy. If this is the case we will inform you of this by email and return the goods via Royal Mail guaranteed delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
